We are pleased to announce that after the successful delivery of the trial order, we have now commenced the formal production of the Australian client's order. The client, a renowned construction company, uses our magnesium oxide boards as wall panels and load-bearing floor decks in their steel structure prefab housing projects.
Before placing the order, the client engaged in detailed communication with us, particularly concerned about the chloride content in the magnesium oxide boards and emphasizing the need for magnesium sulfate-based boards. They also had strict load-bearing requirements. To meet these demands, we adjusted the formulation, using magnesium sulfate and magnesium oxide as the primary raw materials, and ensured a low moisture content during the curing period.
After a series of rigorous flexural strength tests, we ensured the high quality of our products. The client was highly satisfied with the two trial containers and subsequently placed a formal order.
