X, Y and Z guide rails adopt linear guide rails imported from Taiwan. The wire bar, the guide rail is equipped with a centralized automatic lubrication device, the timing and quantification of the wire bar, the guide rail automatic oil supply, so that the machine tool in the process of movement fully lubrication, so as to ensure that the machine tool has excellent rapid response characteristics and low speed feed performance, the service life is longer, the accuracy is better. Z axis optional quenching rail surface cooperates with PTFE wear belt with good rigidity and long life. Using servo spindle, high torque, high precision and good stability. The X, Y and Z axes are automatically lubricated. Using bed body structure, high quality casting, reasonable reinforcement, with excellent rigidity. The spindle unit adopts variable frequency servo motor (with encoder feedback) through synchronous belt to drive precision high speed spindle structure. The spindle motor is controlled by the spindle servo driver, and the precision spindle is driven by synchronous belt, with high control precision and good torque characteristics.
